Join Lund University for a webinar exploring the challenges between standardized assessment and student diversity with Juuso Nieminen, Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong.

The webinar is held by Juuso Nieminen, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Education, University of Hong Kong. He is also a Banting Fellow at Ontario Tech University, Canada, Honorary Research Fellow at Deakin University, Australia, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Eastern Finland. In his talk, titled ‘There was very little room for me to be me’: the lived tensions between assessment standardisation and student diversity, Juuso will explore themes from his recent paper, co-authored with Mollie Dollinger and Rachel Finneran. This session addresses two of this year's central themes at the Unit for Educational Services: examination and accessibility. The webinar is held in English in Zoom. No pre-registration is required.
