Here at risr/, we’re excited by the opportunities that Gen-AI presents to improve both the rigour of assessments and the candidate experience. However, we also believe strongly that the experience of assessments remains a uniquely human one- where the knowledge and skills of hominins can be evaluated against a required standard established, in some cases, over many hundreds of years.
