Dr Liberty Munson has consistently contributed to the assessment community throughout her long career. These contributions have always been above and beyond and easily digestible and accessible for any member of the assessment community. In this contribution, the assessment community needed such a resource when writing assessment items (questions). Dr Liberty Munson developed a guide that helps item writers take diversity and inclusion into consideration as they create exam and assessment content.
