The e-Assessment Association welcomes new Board Directors as we look to the future

The e-Assessment Association (eAA), the international membership body advancing digital assessment in education and the workplace, is pleased to announce the appointment of new Directors to its Board.

The eAA, founded in 2008, now represents a global community of more than 5,500 members spanning all stages of education, professional qualifications, workplace assessment as well as technology providers. By celebrating innovation, sharing best practice and providing guidance and resources, the eAA is helping to improve assessment quality, fairness and accessibility worldwide.

The Board plays a pivotal role in shaping the eAA’s strategic direction, driving thought leadership and collaboration across the global assessment community.

New Board Directors

The newly elected and appointed Board Directors are:

  • Adam Foley, Head of Digital Innovation, Surpass Assessment
  • Dr Jennifer Hove, Director of Data and Reporting, Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO), Toronto
  • Louella Morton, Co-CEO, TestReach
  • Stuart Shaw, Educational Consultant, Institute of Education, University College London

These new Directors bring with them a wealth of experience across digital assessment, education policy, professional standards and technology innovation, further strengthening the eAA’s leadership at a time when assessment is undergoing rapid transformation. The Board plays a pivotal role in shaping the eAA’s strategic direction, driving thought leadership and collaboration across the global assessment community.

Thanking outgoing members

The eAA would also like to express our gratitude to our outgoing Board members, Tim Burnett, Rajeev Menon, Romana Moss, Paul Muir, and Viral Shah for their commitment and service. Their contributions have helped shape the eAA’s growth, from the expansion of the International e-Assessment Conference & Awards, to the establishment of Special Interest Groups and the eAA’s growing role in shaping global conversations on policy, AI, and digital credentials.
