The Birmingham fixed test centre
One of our most significant steps this year was establishing our new Birmingham fixed
test centre, a strategic addition that brings us closer to clients, strengthens our regional
presence, and supports the increasing volume of exams we deliver across the UK.
This expansion is already improving:
• Responsiveness to partners
• Operational coordination
• Recruitment and training of invigilators
• Capacity for new programmes with universities and awarding organisations.
It’s a milestone that reflects both demand and ambition.
2025 saw TEAMCo strengthen relationships with long-standing partners while also
developing new opportunities across awarding organisations, professional bodies, and
international clients.
This includes growing collaboration with:
• Global certification bodies
• Higher education and skills providers
• Digital assessment partners
These relationships have fuelled growth in both exam volume and scope — and will
continue to shape our roadmap in 2026.

Delivering More Exams, More Seamlessly
Operationally, 2025 has been one of our largest years yet. We delivered:
• More centres
• More exam sessions
• Increased candidate numbers
• More complex programmes
• More reasonable adjustment support
Our teams in sales, marketing, operations, account management and invigilation have
all scaled to meet demand. The quality of delivery across large-scale sessions, pop-up
centres and high-stakes professional exams continues to set us apart.
A Leadership Team Ready for the Next Stage
A major development this year has been strengthening our board and bringing greater
clarity of purpose across the organisation.
