The new International Journal of e-Assessment (IJEA) has been published, entitled ‘Good Practice in e-Assessment by eAA Corporates 2012’.
Guest edited by Professor Cliff Beevers of Heriot-Watt University, Volume 2 No 2 (2012) contains a suite of papers by corporate members of the e-Assessment Association.
With contributions from Learn Direct, Scholar, TAG Developments, eCom, RM Education, Calibrand and City and Guilds, the edition explores good e-assessment practice from the increasingly diverse fields of education, industry and the world of work.
Professor Beevers commented,
“The eAA is keen to ensure coverage of all aspects of education, so this issue of the IJEA also contains articles from work-based education in a variety of subject areas. The lessons emerging include the importance of inclusion, accessibility, fast and accurate feedback and the need for continuous professional development.”
