Professor Bob Harrison, Chair of the Judges said, “As the Chair of the 28 members of the judging panel it has been an enormous privilege and a tremendous source of inspiration to see how collaboration between educators, assessment bodies, technologists and commercial interests have worked together. There is no doubt that COVID-19 has been a catalyst for innovation. Once again, these awards demonstrate the capacity and capability within the world of e-assessment to use technology to improve the assessment process and make it more accessible, reliable, valid, relevant and cost effective.”

Tim Burnett, chairman of the e-Assessment Association, added, “Every year, the Awards shine the spotlight on those who are making a positive contribution to e-assessment and help share best practice, innovation and research in technology-enabled assessment. Congratulations to all the winners and finalists with the high quality of submissions a true testament to the continuing calibre of those within the sector, with the international nature of submissions demonstrating the increasing reach of e-assessment right across the globe.”
